"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "

"Location, location, location!! Location was safe and close to freeways, hospital and restaurants. I loved the swimming pool and the patio area. The room was exceptional with refrigerator and other appliances. Breakfast was tasty. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again."

"The building is very nicely appointed. The room was spacious with all amenities including a towel warmer. We enjoyed the location near the Civil Rights Museum. Staff was very warm and welcoming."

"The rooms were disgusting. We were moved to 3 different rooms before we found one that were okay! And I do mean only okay! Definitely not worth the price. One of the rooms didn’t even have a fitted sheet on the bed. Shower was disgusting with mold around them and even hair left in the shower. I would never recommend this location."

"At a first glance, the LEDs were nice, but became annoying since there was no way to fully turn them off when we wanted. There were no actual lights by the jacuzzi. The bed creaked loudly at light movements. The thermostat said it was 65° inside when it most definitely was not. The bed pillows were small and uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom shower. The smart TV was nice to have. The jacuzzi worked fine, although the water pressure could've been higher to fill it quicker...

"That woman at the front desk when we checked in was kind and very helpful. The gated parking lot worked properly and I didnt have to worry about all my belongings in car . Overall was just what we needed for a quick one night stay."

"06/07 Check in and out Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. "room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag."

"It was a nice hotel I stayed here with my kids. The only downfall was that it didn't come with breakfast. However it had a restaurant where the kids ate free and the food was amazing. We'd stay here again."
