"The images on the site show a cute little hotel that is clean. The building is insanely humid, the hallway carpets are very dirty, the rooms smell like locker rooms, the bathrooms smell like urine and have scum in all of the corners of the bathroom. The beds are very thin and pillows smelled bad. This is not based off of one room. We rented three for our large family. The filth was so bad that we chose not to eat breakfast in the building. We stayed one night."

"The property is a great location to the beach, boardwalk, activities and restaurants. While it’s clean the property its self needs updated looking shabby. Also , There are way too many dogs staying on the property. I don’t think they should be coming into the breakfast area. They are!!! Staff is very nice ."

We checked in around midnight after spending the day at a family event and checked out around 6:00 a.m., so we only had a few hours in the room—but unfortunately, it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had at a hotel, especially for the price. "Older hotel but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were horrible though. Could hear the springs popping (im only 200lbs). If they had updated mattresses I would think about staying there again. Breakfast wasn't anything special but it was included and it was a quick bite to eat before starting your day."
