"Amazing service! Very friendly and accommodating! So so so quiet! I never heard one peep from the hallway or other rooms. The breakfast is amazing. Really nice rooms. The pool was the only disappointment. It’s tiny. "

"Location, location, location..."

"The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons."

"When looking on their website before traveling, it didn't state there was on-site construction. Our main idea for stay was the availability of amenities, then they weren't available. Due diligence in looking."

"Assistant manager checked us in. He was 100/10, so helpful and incredibly friendly. Hotel is clean, staff all were wonderful, and breakfast/happy hour was awesome. "

"Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foodsz juices and coffee. They have nightly snacks and drink options from 5-7pm that were pretty good. Everything was clean and maintained. The restaurant that's attached to the hotel offers shuttles to different areas if you dine with them which was helpful for the ballgame. The parking was a little confusing at first, there is a parking garage but you have to have your room key to enter. We did not utilize the pool area but it did have a decent indoor pool. I would stay again."
