"While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. "

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. "Room was not clean. Window was left open either by cleaning staff or previous guest, not safe! Hair all over the bathroom, there was also a crusty wash rag that was leftover from the previous guest. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings. Blankets and mattress were both paper thing (literally all three blankets put together we're about the width of two papers."

Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

"Not a 4 star hotel. Very basic amenities. Hotel room furniture very worn. No daily room cleaning. "

"The hotel was so beautiful and so nice inside the room was clean. The bed was freshly made. Everything smelled good clean refreshing what I really enjoyed. The most was the hot tub. It was so relaxing. I would definitely come back again. I honestly did not want to leave. That’s how much fun I had you will definitely see me and my wife come back again."
