"We didn’t realise at the time of booking that the hotels main use is for pilgrims visiting the Knock Shrine. As such, the facilities were limited and whilst fairly new, were dated. Similarly the restaurant food was limited to say the least, it was more like that provided at a care home rather than a 3/4 star hotel. "This is an excellent location, about 15-20 minutes outside of Galway. The room was clean, included two twins and was comfortable. We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. There was parking for about 6-8 vehicles in the back, we didn't have trouble finding a space but the lot was full each morning. "First place that have stayed out at that can cook evenly on both sides and present hot! Suggest any visitors down size their luggage, as stairs are narrow and steep Weather was HOT during visit yet was not informed how to - if could reach - the attic window to allow better air flow"

Small room and hallways with lots of stairs, but my wife and I absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a romantic getaway."
