"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service."

"Building is in need of a face-lift. Carpets inside rooms,lobbies, stairs, etc...are absolutely disgustingly stained and dirty. Great pool and late check out is until 1pm"

"The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings. "There was no room service done during my stay and the receptionist said they do them on different days but that was not communicated with me.Terrivle experience! I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. "
