"If I could give this no stars I WOULD. There were cockroaches everywhere, no towels whatsoever, and the rooms were atrocious. I am absolutely appalled. This is not even acceptable with the price. The area itself was not safe, but there are cheaper better options in the area. I do not recommend staying here AT ALL."

"This property was definitely not up to par with their rating. It felt like they’re maximizing profit over actual quality. Right away the girl at the front desk was not very helpful, she seemed young but confused. When checking in we were not told how many rooms or how many beds she just gave us the price and wanted us to swipe the card. We booked a one night to room stay and she tried to give us a room with two beds instead for almost the same price as our intended stay, when we try to fix it...

"The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. "

I have stated here before several months ago and l Actually enjoyed it that’s why l was okay with reserving an stay at the establishment again However this Stay was Awful and l had Family in town from another state they was Disappointed Displeased and unhappy. I did find out however it’s under new management so maybe that’s why the Stay Was As Pleasant as the First Stay. I Will Never tell anyone Nor will l Stay at Woodsprings Inn Suites Again. "I stayed here due to location for where I had to be. The place stinks like marijuana. The manager was hostile towards me because someone broke into the hotel room where I had stayed. They have cameras on the side but no cameras on the outside the property, so while they saw me leave, they had no idea who broke in through the window into the room where I stayed. I returned the next day after leaving since I had to extend my trip by a day. Instead of asking me questions, the manager angrily...
