"Before arriving we did not realize how SMALL the rooms were. The pictures do not show this well, and the descriptions we read also did not make us aware of this. My husband and I both use a cpap machine and it was difficult to be in that bed and plug them both in, we had to order an extension cord and have it delivered. We stayed only 2 of our reserved 8 nights before moving to a standard sized room in another hotel."

"The entire process was seamless! Check in, smooth, access to room, smooth. Adjustment to room temperature, smooth. The property was clean, amenities available, water was hot etc. You are also able to self park near multiple entrances to the property. This level of privacy and convenience is much appreciated! "The staff at the property is absolutely horrible. Before we arrived i tried speaking with thr front desk before our stay and the man i was speaking to kept raising his voice and talking over me and cutting me off. At the property the front desk lady said she was too busy to call us when our room was ready but would connect our bonvoy account so we could look it up ourselves and she never did. So we had to call the hotel multiple times to check on our room and was met with attitude . No smiles...

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix DC. We really enjoyed our visit; hotel has outstanding food. The room and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. They have a little mini coffee station open 24/7 and deliver bottled water to your room daily. Location is outstanding, very close to Union Station for transportation needs, the U.S. Capital is on the same street."
