"That was an annoying stay. The room category we booked was premium queen 2 beds which clearly described as having extra seating area on official website. However the room we got had no extra seating area. The front desk insist it is a premium room but how could you cut a main feature which differentiate from a deluxe room? "I loved this hotel!!!! It was perfect. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Every interaction was meaningful and I was treated with such kindness. The room was beautiful, the beds were fluffy yet firm. The decorations in the room were soft. The bathroom looked amazing and the shower head was wonderful. The valet was great as well.
