"The young lady on reception has very poor customer service. She is condescending and rude, she was to me and other guests. The room was not vacuumed at all and filthy. Uncomfortable mattress. "

"A modern bland extension to a country house. Room was unremarkable. Bathroom was disappointingly shabby. Bar and restaurant were ok, but nowhere to sit at the bar, I could only sit at a dining table set for dinner when having a drink at the bar. It was not comfortable and gave the impression I was encroaching on dining space. Staff did not come and clear table either. Overall disappointing. Looked nice in the pictures but the experience did not match it. "

"Check in was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and sufficient for our stay but didn't use the restaurant or the gym. Convenient location for us and plenty of parking available."

"100 points for the location. It was only a few mins from the railway station which made such a big difference. The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate, however I did see stains on the wash basin and toilet when I entered. TV did not work, kept saying there was no network and for these reasons I have given 4 stars. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay. Thank you. "
