"Everything was superb from start to finish. Luckily, my room was ready as we came a little bit early so they let us in which was really nice. The rooms were spacious, very clean and everything you need. I was on the seventh floor and the reviews were superb. Breakfast in the morning slightly limited, but they did make me my poached eggs and vegetarian sausages separately, which was good. I didn’t use the gym it’s small with some eco-friendly looking machines but it’s good for what it needs...

"Friendly staff, comfy bed, great breakfast. I personally didn’t like the smell of the shower gel (lavender type smell) but other than that it was great. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Stayed while a festival was on so was very busy and although some food did run out at breakfast time as soon as it was mentioned to staff they replenished it straight away and were so helpful. Great vibes. Would definitely stay again"

"Great location and stay. Staff amazing and helpful. Room very clean but basic and small space. Very quiet at night. Drinks machines were not working. YMCA next door had a fantastic cafe and hotel gave a free hot drink at that cafe."

"Nice hotel, great staff but the rooms need an upgrade on the IT Side. Only 2 plug sockets on the worktop, (there were 3 of us in a family room) and none by the beds & no USB charger points anywhere in the room at all. They still have the old dial up sockets we used about 15 years ago to get online via your landline phone line. Completely out of date & useless in this day and age. Get it upgraded guys…"
