"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea"

"The power went off from 12am-5am. They told my husband over the phone when he called to confirm our reservation on a Friday. I usually bring my CPAP machine when I travel and I didn’t because of the power outage being scheduled. And I therefore had a bad nights sleep along with my husband. We went to the theatre and got back to the inn after 11:00. We weren’t ready to go to bed at 12:00 when it went off. "This is a vintage property with renovations so the suites are unique. Ours was a 1 bedroom with pullout couch and quite roomy. The bathroom was very old European. But the location of the property was excellent with terrific shopping and restaurants nearby. The Stratford Festival Theatre was within walking distance. We had a nice stay."

"Basically other than TV it was a great room. Super convenient , welcoming staff, likes the two bottles of water the room was spacious very very comfortable. But having only basic cable and not being able to stream from your own Netflix or your own Prime really made for a very long evening of just scrolling on my phone and I would have just loved to been able to watch a movie or a TV show not possible. Updated technology would be great"

"Beautiful home, ensuite washrooms were blessed because of sharing with other guests. The breakfasts and snacks were delicious as well, lots of selection. Comfy beds, its was quiet, we didn't find out about the beautiful backyard and balcony until right as we were about to leave otherwise we would have liked to hang out there for a bit to relax. If we ever find ourselves needing to be in the area overnight we'll definitely be staying there again!"
