The room was ok. There was a light that would not shut off due to a broken sensor. Finally got replaced on the third day after a second call to the desk. The hallway constantly smelled of smoke from a variety of sources. The room itself smelled like burnt popcorn, but eventually that smell ...

This hotel is in a great location, and has everything you need for a great price! Check in was easy, the beds were cozy, the staff was attentive to any needs. I had no complaints and would definitely stay here again if I needed a spot in downtown Milwaukee!

Check in process was great. We were able to check in early. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast food selection was surprisingly large. Food was delicious. Staff kept food stocked and dining area clean.
