"I stay here every year for Summerfest. This year our room was disappointing. None of the 3 phone chargers in the room worked, no brand new roll of tp (which is always nice to see) and ice machine on our floor was broken. Property seems like it is becoming a bit run down."

"The room was given away when my daughter got there at 1AM and they were out of rooms. Imagine paying for a room for your 21 year old daughter who was traveling by herself and her plan landed at 1AM. She took an uber to her hotel, just to be told they had given it away. Even though it was paid for!!! ..."
