"The shuttle was right there when I needed it at 4:45AM. One thing could be improved- a 2nd grab bar in the shower closer to the shower head. As most showers are slippery, a single grab bar at the back of the shower is insufficient. Otherwise- a very nice, restful evening. "

"When speaking to the manager, it seemed super nice & well managed. Once we got to the property & entered it looked nice, but that was before looking closer… When we pulled down one of the futon beds, crumbs & yucky stuff FLEW everywhere. & when we covered that up with a sheet & then opened up a blanket to get some sleep after a long day of travels, we noticed a… peculiar… stain on the blanket. With there being a washer & dryer on site, that was enough for us to grab our things & leave....

"We stay here every year on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. For $256 for one room… I expect it to be clean and well maintained. We were very upset with the cleanliness of our room this year. There was copious amounts of hair in the bathroom including the shower. The floors were needing some serious attention or replacement. Traveling with adults and children, one with special needs, it’s not easy to pack up and move rooms. For the price, we expected better. Staff was kind and tried to...

"Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”. There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind...
