"Everything was great! I was exhausted from traveling with 3 boys alone. We made it into our room & were able to immediately relax. "This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was...

"Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed."
