"Loved this hotel, Ashley at the front desk was amazing and the breakfast attendant was super sweet! The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a stain in the carpet by the desk and spider web above the hanging lamp in the corner. Also the housekeeper didn’t make our beds only took the trash and replaced the towels. Great location for our visit to Lake Tahoe!"

"The property is in a fantastic location BUT there are zero amenities and no on-site staff. I will not stay at this property again because the check in and check out time are absurd. Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am??? The day of checkout I received a text that for $25 dollars I could extend my departure time until 11am. Seems the check in and checkout times are a ploy to get extract more money from guests!"

"The room was clean and fairly newly furnished. The bed was huge and comfortable, the pillows weren't that great but I bring my own.
The room was a medium sized room with sitting chair, desk and rolly chair.
The microwave was clean and functioned as expected, as well as the mini fridge. There was a coffee maker but only one pack of coffee.
