The TV did not work in the room, and the manager tried to come up and rectify the problem, but claimed it was the weather. The fitness room was unusable as the AC unit was broken and it was too hot to exercise. There were no towels, hand sanitizer overboard in the fitness room. "We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!"

"I am surprised, Hilton has approved this facility as a Hampton Inn. The Room #23 was totally equivalent to Motel 6. Bathrooms had bugs inside out of shower. tiles are broken. "

"Our family (4 adults) only stayed for the weekend, but we were overall satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was free breakfast every morning--nothing fancy, but with enough options for everyone to find something they liked. The location is close to major highways and restaurants. I only have two criticisms. (1) Housekeeping does not clean rooms every day. They do it every OTHER day. For the record, I've never stayed at a hotel where rooms weren't cleaned on a daily...

"Boiler broke down and we had no hot water for almost 4 days, rooms are good size, beds comfortable, A/C made alot of noise, kitchenette was adequate, housekeeping was great, but the scented sprays were pretty heavy for residents who may have COPD or asthma, security was present on site, we were comfortable"
