Most of all ALL the hotel staff were friendly, efficient and really made our stay special. A shout out to Manager Jeremy who seemed to be everywhere and willing to engage to ensure our stay was 100%, which it was."

"My reservation was not as i booked months ago (jan 2026) - staff member did make it right but made me feel like i was not welcome. The bed looked like it was slept in. Would not stay here again due to the customer service. But the location was convenient to access and close to major grocery store. "
