"worst experince ever in my whole life and really very rude staff. i ask the front desk guy that can you ask your manager about my concerns and he was like sorry i dont want to waste my time. is that a way to talk. and many other concerns i cant even write here because of less space. "

"One star for allowing check-in at 7:00 am (that is also after a lot of argument) The second star is for AC (AC was working). The approach road is not good. (can be ignored) But the bathroom was not clean. The room is OK. It is not recommended for aliens to India. "

"We had a great time staying at this hotel. Excellent service by all staffs. The food choices were very good for breakfast and dinner. This is one of the best hotel that i have stayed. It is a little on the pricier side but still we worth the stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely come back and also recommend to others."

"Out of all the 5 star hotels that we have stayed in and around the world, they have unmatched service. Housekeeping, front desk and any service person is always available to attend to your needs. I wonder who the duty manager is, he has trained people so well. They never have said "no" for any of my requests. Some improvements 1. Add smart tv to rooms. Tata sky is pretty annoying with so many ads 2. Need a bit bigger rooms if possible. 3. Breakfast buffet was fantastic but aappam is only available few days, having that consistently would be good."
