Hotel murah di Minneapolis

"We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor. "

"The facilities were ok. The room only had a portable heater for heating but it did keep the room comfortable. Didn't have hot water. There were trains running nearby. The king size bed was comfortable. There was a ceiling fan."

"The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast in the morning was also pretty good. Our problem was it seems the property was rushed being built. It was upsetting I wasn’t alerted that the pool was closed until AFTER I booked the rooms. Our biggest issue is the deadbolt wouldn’t latch correctly and we saw this with several other hotel doors. Making sure people can feel safe in their room and be able to close the door should be a major concern for whoever built the property. Staff, breakfast...

"There is no self controlled heating or air conditioning. No fans to move the air around either."

"Your mattress was terrible and the shower was difficult to get a nice temp that wasn’t either too hot or too cold but the worst part was that you charged me an additional 20.00 for my stay when I didn’t purchase any incidentals and when I called to question the charge I got passed around from one person to the next until I gave up. "NO POOL OR HOT TUB (out of order). Went to check in and there’s a sign saying their pool is broken. Another sign that said front desk stepped away for a few minutes. Well, 20 minutes later she shows up. Decided not to stay there due to traveling with 4 kids and needed a pool. Still fighting with Expedia for a refund since they advertise this hotel has a working pool……..pool has been inoperable since October 2025. Expedia needs to update their info.
