I will never use country inn again because I have a habit of either not having elevators or they're not in service. This ones was not in service so beware. I can do the stairs but my wife cannot. She has a problem with her back and of course all the rooms on the main floor were full leaving us with no options except to walk away. Having lost our money and then just having to drive all the way home with no place to stay. It's really great. I'll make sure never ever ever to stop at a country in again

It was a challenge for my elderly father to walk to the 3rd floor while the elevator was being repaired but staff offered to help and were willing to make it as easy as possible. I appreciated the clean pool to relax after a long drive.

We had to vacate our room at 2 am due to a fire in the building. We were evacuated by the fire department. We opted to leave and carry on with our travels at that point. It would be nice if we could be refunded for our stay.
