"The stay was great, but they put up a lot of resistance to early checkin. I was looking to get into the room at 2pm and their normal checkin time is 3pm. When I arrived there was only one other car in their parking lot and that night the place was not busy. They could have just let me check in an hour early. Should not have been a difficult request. Everything else about the hotel was great!"

"Remodel of rooms was nice. Needs a little work in the bathrooms. Toilets are low and add a bar on the other end of tub to help from falling. Sleeping area was very nice. "

"there was a little bit of confusion about the shuttle bus, however overall great and I’m glad that I chose this hotel. 1. let us checked in a few hours before the actual check-in time. it’s nice especially if you were with kids after a long trip. and welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies! 2. room is spacious and clean 3. hot coffee and tea is always available at the lobby 4. shuttle bus takes to/from airport and even to the mall anytime per request 5. pool is open for 12 hours. kids were...
