Had a long wait at check-in just for someone to show up at the desk (no 'be back soon' or 'for service... ' message around). Went out the first night and came back and my key didn't work, wasted more time getting that fixed (but the desk person was accessible & dedicated to getting it right). Light under the microwave was burned out. Casters on the shower sliding door were worn and difficult to move. Toilet consistently making noise throughout the stay. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee typically all out. Coffee maker provided for the room was missing the lid on the carafe. Maintenance on the room PTAC done during the stay. Found the bed uncomfortable. Pet droppings not picked up on sidewalk/parking lot was dirty/area around dumpster (where you dump room trash) had bits of trash spread around it.
On the upside, some of the staff were very helpful & friendly, was able to cook enough to avoid going out to eat the entire week I was there, price was better than anywhere else I looked at, the location was convenient to St. Paul and Minneapolis, and the room storage was great, had no trouble storing all my things (which was a pretty full carload).
