"The hotel is being renovated. The staff didn't seem to know what floors were rentable. Was given a room on a floor that was not done. Otherwise, the stay was good. However, I have never been in a room with so few electrical outlets with many inaccessible"

"I stay at this hotel whenever I visit Minnesota. It has convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are always clean. Coffee pot and coffee offerings in the room. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
"Lobby was overcrowded and chaotic, and the front desk staff was overwhelmed. I had to go back after check-in to ask about breakfast, because I wasn't told. Hardly any signage/directions to the lobby for anyone who arrives using Google Maps and parks in the main parking lot. Nice rooms though!"
