"Upon check in, we weren’t informed of the continental breakfast, found out about it after checking out. The room was in the basement with a lack of view and was dark. No elevators, have to carry luggage up the stairs. The room was hot upon checking in, it was 78 degrees, the ac didn’t kick in until the next morning and finally reached 72 degrees.
