"Beautiful, clean, and tidy; the staff were very friendly and competent. The rooms and the pool were superb. The only drawback—which they really ought to address—is the need for more staff at the entrance during check-in; there was only one person on duty, and I believe that having two people at the counter would help expedite the check-in and check-out processes.

"Everything was excellent except the pool. I wasn't planning on using the pool anyway so it was perfect for me. Pool being 100% visible from the parking lot and swimming like 10-15' from parking is an odd choice for Orlando. Super clean, updated hotel with great staff."
