"Rooms was very clean and modern. Staff was helpful, breakfast was great as long as u got it early enough otherwise you’ll be in line forever. Pool is GREAT, bar is very nice, both hot tubs are great."

"It’s a no frills stay. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but sufficed. The sheets were rather rough and the top cover was super thin. We mostly chose to stay here because it was relatively cheap compared to the other resorts and we wanted the park shuttle service. One annoying thing was when we went to check out, they claimed we had purchased WiFi for nearly $30 on a day we weren’t even checked in for. Thankfully they waived it "

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"Overall place is clean. Just felt like 7pm pool closing was too early, I’m use to other hotels 10 pm closing. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Not sure if being a weekend they limit options but decide to have breakfast elsewhere the following day. "

"If you love antique stuff and history you’ll love this place. Super cute, and it’s well maintained. My only let down is that there was no availability for breakfast the morning that I was there. But At least I sat down in the porch and enjoyed my coffee with the view."

"Great place to stay. The only cons during my recent trip is that the TV was defective in that the picture quality was poor, brightness and contrast was bad. Everything was like watching black and white shows. Could not access the tv settings to adjust. Also the provided shampoo and conditioner were empty (glad I packed my own and finally the Ice Maker on the 4th floor has been out of order both this trip and the last time I stayed which was a month ago causing me to go to another floor to fill...
