"We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of American breakfast options, although a few more fresh vegetables would have been appreciated. The pool area was large, clean, and very well maintained, and the water slide was a huge hit with our children. Overall, an excellent family-friendly hotel that we would gladly visit again."

"My 14 years old and 5 years old kids and I had a great stay! Hassle free from check in to check out! Staff are AMAZING!!!! Pool is clean, well maintained, and kids love it! PLUS great location!!!! Restaurants and retail are just less 5-7min walk across the hotel. To add more, 15min drive to Disney Park. So after a long morning at Magic Kingdom we went to our hotel, checked in, shower, relax and back to Magic Kingdom for 2nd half. That’s how convenient this hotel. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Room: OUT DATED (furniture, bathroom needs some fixing , floor carpet smell, area for cloth (small), not enough hanger (requested additional hangers and I was given only five. Staff: A+ Breakfast: Poor, Expected more variety. Same menu every day and only one day fruits (bananas). Air Conditioning (keeps turning on/off constantly)."

"The room didn’t smell good. I think it’s a ventilation issue. It felt humid in the room which caused the bedding to have a wet sticky feel to it. The floor felt wet and sticky."

"3/5 Stars - Fantastic Customer Service, but Lacks the "Wow" Factor ​Overall, our stay was decent, but the hotel definitely lacks a "wow" factor. We were disappointed to find the water slides and lazy river closed upon arrival, with no email notification beforehand. On the positive side, our room was upgraded from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom, though the interior felt very outdated. ​A major downside occurred on our second night when the fire alarm went off twice around 1:00 AM.
