"When we booked our stay, it was not noted that the whirlpool, jacuzzi, and pool would be out of commission until the end of the year. We specifically chose your hotel over the property across the street due to the whirlpool amenity, so the lack of prior notification was a bit disappointing.
This may have been due to booking through a third party platform and not directly via the Hampton Inns & Resorts App.
That being said, we truly appreciated the staff’s proactive solution in offering us passes to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. We also found the continental breakfast & coffee selectiond to be excellent, and your team members were consistently caring, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Additionally, the spacious bathtub in our room provided a very relaxing experience after our extensive hiking trips."
