"Supper clean facility. Nice walking into a motel and being hit with a just cleaned smell...at 10pm! Night check in person not as personable as the morning person but still professional. Bed a little stiff and bottom sheet not fitted so it rolled up under me during the night but I slept very well. And only 2 pillows on each double bed, would have like another one. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Very pleased to find our room very spacious. I can't remember having a hotel room as large. Bed was mostly comfortable, but I like a firmer mattress than what they had. I still slept well. All personnel in the hotel and casino were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted no matter where we went. The only downside of staying here is a lack of breakfast offerings. Not uncommon for a casino hotel, but we had to go elsewhere to eat. I definitely would return. I will mention that I don't like having to pay a resort fee. I don't consider WiFi or internet to be thought of as part of the resort fees. Simply said, I won't stay at a hotel if it isn't available. Unfortunately, this "resort fee" is becoming common in all hotels and I don't consider them to be a resort. If you can't justify a resort fee, forget it. Just because you can tack it on doesn't mean you qualify as a resort."

"The room was dirty. There was pubic hair on the bed, the microwave was dirty. I was charged twice for the same room. Dogs are allowed, but there was not a designated area for dogs. The light in the bathroom had a short in it and flickered while taking a shower. I was advised that no guests were allowed after 10pm. I didnt eat any of the free breakfast. It really wasnt the best place to stay and I wont stay here again"

"My problem was NOT with the property - it’s with YOUR WEBSITE. I booked this room - I KNEW I BOOKED A ROOM - a couple weeks ago. When I was leaving for my destination, I could not find a confirmation anywhere. I could not remember the name of the hotel I reserved, but I logged on to Hotels.com to see my upcoming trips and it told me I had zero trips coming up. I started to question whether or not I actually clicked the final button to reserve the room. There was absolutely no sign anywhere that I had actually booked this hotel. So I ended up having to sit in the parking lot of the gas station before I left for my destination and urgently book another hotel. Imagine my surprise when this charge showed up."
