"This hotel is the cheapest of the clean hotels which is right where I aim to be. This place will be my pick every time I'm in Joliet."

"The absolute worst facility and staff I have ever encountered. The predator mentality is scripted with the entire staff. Our phone didn’t work, the carpet was torn, the outlets didn’t work, the emergency sprinkler head was broken, a light didn’t work, there was sprayed soda in the wall but here is the biggest problem, the big mirror fell off the wall. The mirror was immediately deemed my fault and I was charged $250 for the mirror. I was then kicked out of the hotel at 9:30 at night. Two disabled Vets with a Service Dog kicked out and told good luck finding something. I absolutely do not recommend this place. "

"There was a smell in our room - like too much cleaner was used. The bathroom sink is very small, and the mirror was small and low. There was no closet, just 5 hangers on the bottom of a small ironing board. Breakfast buffet (that we paid for) was out of food so we had to ask for things to be refilled. The staff was working hard, just not enough of them we think. Only stay here if you get it for free."

"Bad service, room smelled like cigarette smoke, fire alarm going off throughout the hotel twice early morning. The only good thing was that the shower was hot."

"Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard. "
