"When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house!
However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day. The pool area is really rustic and special, and at times you could literally hear a pin drop around it.

"It's a beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Mahon close to all the main sites, the harbour and shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and really beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having freshly cooked breakfast brought to you was a treat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough"

"No podríamos haber escogido mejor lugar para alojarnos en Mahón. La ubicación es fantástica: muy céntrica para recorrer el casco histórico caminando, disfrutar del puerto y moverse cómodamente por la isla.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, cuidadas y tranquilas, perfectas para descansar después de un día descubriendo Menorca. Todo estaba impecable y se nota muchísimo el mimo por los detalles.
Pero lo que realmente hizo especial la estancia fue el equipo. Todo el personal fue encantador, atento...

"Les repas étaient très bons et diversifiés. Le personnel était souriant et sympathique.
Bien choisir son emplacement car certains logements sont un peu éloignés de la réception et du restaurant. Pensez qu'il y a des escaliers (bagages). Les balcons du 2ème étage ne sont pas cachés, vue sur les autres balcons.
De plus il est dommage que les lumières extérieures restent allumées toute la nuit (mettre des détecteurs de mouvement).
En mai piscine trop froide mais nous sommes venus tôt dans la...

Überrascht waren wir bei der Ankunft, dass die meisten Zimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sind.
Mein Wunsch, den ich ausdrücklich vorab bei der Buchung angegeben hatte, ein Zimmer nur mit begehbarer Dusche, konnte jedoch vor Ort von der freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption entsprochen werden.

"Great location , very helpful staff, so close to the beach . The restaurant was good too. The shower was not the best - seemed like a bit of a design fault to us .
