Limited choices for the area~ it was a stopover for next leg of travel. The rooms were not very clean..and 1 room had a windownthat couldn't lock...ground floor...not very secure feeling.

The room had not been cleaned. There was a druggies strung out in the lobby while I waited for the room to be cleaned. Very unsafe vibe and area.

False advertising. Dirty room, tub didn't drain. Pool closed. Restaurant shutdown. It looked more like a housing project than an actual functioning motel. It was rundown and filthy.

Building/room is run down, very poorly cleaned. Window to room was wide open without a screen, due to this, there are lots of flies in room. No hand soap or anything in room bathroom. Next morning using shower the tube is backed up, took 1hour to drain off. Reported and nothing was done. Did it again next day and sink is also backed up. If the bed wasn’t clean I would never have stayed. Will never use this place again, not recommended for anyone. Also Friday night/Saturday morning had drug addict sleeping on sidewalk outside of my window.

Left right away.very bad place.and they went in my room took my stuff.and room wasn't ready.moved me to another room.nothing worked.they new about everything. I left for a bit came back and my stuff was gone.some of it.and food i had.also when I was headed to the room a person left from there.saw it.but im in a cast / crutches so wasn't easy for me.please cancell the 44.20 plus if you see another one of 33.78 they charged me.im not paying any of it.i already contacted my bank right away Anout what happened

Customer Service was Horrible, I had to wait 4 hours to check in, I was there at 3 pm, didnt get in until 7:30pm and then they gave me the wrong room. They gave me a King Size when I reserved 2 queen beds, I have my brother with me and he’s Handicapped. There was no A/C, The tv didnt come in, had to ask for a fan and they had Cockraches crawling around in the bedside drawer. I would like my 1st night refunded or a free night stay, because I had to sleep on the chair, just so my handicapped brother could be comfortable on the bed. And whats going on with the air conditioner? They gave me a pool side room, my entire stay and it was Hot in there. No AC the entire time I stayed. Im in town a couple more nights and if I could be refunded or given a couple nights free with an air conditioned room for our troubles would be Greatly Appreciated. Thank You. The Evening Gentleman working is Very Nice and Attentive. Hes Very Respectful & Kind.

There was no ac, no front desk person, no TV. The room was disgusting, the door to the room would barely latch and the door adjoining to the next room has been kicked in and never fixed...... great motel if you want to listen to drug deals outside your door all night

I would not go to this hotel we got back from the fair and there was no one at the front desk for hours and when they show up they had to clean the rooms. It was 3 am when my wife decided to just sleep in the truck.

Just DON'T stay here! Dirty, shady residents, shady activities! Cops were there 3 times in less than 24 hours. Killed 3 cockroaches in our room!

the room literally look like it hasent been cleaned for months, trash everywhere on the floor, no sheets on the bed, and ended up not staying there.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was disgusting. No working key cards, spent more time in the lobby trying to get someone to let us in the room. The room had no shower curtain, patched holes in the walls, no working a/c, stains on carpet, sticky floors and counters. Saw police there multiple times. Would never staytgere again.
