Wonderful hotels with modern and comfortable rooms . We lived in a room with 2 rooms with kink beds . It is more than enough for a family of 4 . Sufficient selection of drinks in Nin I bar for additional fee ,as everywhere in other country . Girls at reception were always polite and helping . We will stay in this hotel next time we visit Belarus , Minsk . Thank you Expedia

NIIIIEEEEMALS! KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!!! Fast 4 Sterne!??? Ich weiß nicht wie die Gesamtbewertung mit 9,2 zu Stande kommt. Schlimmste Nacht in einem Hotel. Der Rauchmelder, der vor deiner Nase so hell blink, als würde jemand Licht anmachen. Das Schlimmste war Check-out. Obwohl man sich beeilt hat, wurde man aufgefordert zu warten, bis das Zimmer von einem Zimmermädchen kontrolliert wird. Obwohl man ja meine Daten hatte, falls etwas kaputt gegangen wäre. Aber es wurden die Handtücher überprüft und dann wurde mir auf einmal mitgeteilt, dass ein Fuß-Handtuch fehlt. Mir wurde dann vorgeworfen, dass ich es vielleicht miteingepackt habe. Ich hatte nur eine ganz kleine Handtasche dabei gehabt und sonst nichts. Die Mitarbeiter konnten es nicht finden und haben mich aufgefordert 10-13 (ca.ich weiß es nicht mehr genau) weißrussische rubel zu bezahlen. Mir war es sehr unangenehm, an der Rezeption zu stehen, wo einem vorgeworfen wird, dass man vielleicht das Handtuch irgendwo aus dem Zimmer genommen hat und irgendwo im Schwimmbereich vergessen hat!!!

I liked the aqua park and the gym facilities,I didn't like when they refused to give me a new dry towel to use for shower as my room towel was wet in aqua park ! Please also note that in Expedia it is mentioned one child stays free when using existing beds they made me pay extra for my son 11 years old around 10 usd so I ask Expedia to please verify this issue with the hotel and modify it if there are new regulations.

Terrible service. Nice room. Never again.

Bad service. Long check-in time. First served Russian speakers. Had to pay separately for breakfast, it was not possible to pay with the room. For some reason, locals could pay room+breakfast. There are many options in Minsk. I will never return to this hotel.

My room was terribly maintained the lock from inside was not working the staff at the reception desk refused to give us one more room key for my wife , The room cleaner knocked and entered my room using her key while I was getting undressed without my permission just to check if there are two chairs or one chair in the room !! I asked the maintenance staff to repairs my room lock from the inside they refused saying all rooms are like that and that I am not supposed to lock my room from the inside of course I was not convinced so I checked other rooms theirvlocks were working properly so they lied to me about the lock ,last but not least I was supposed to pay at check out my Expedia rate the amount of 101.68 usd but they cheated me a little with the rate and took from me 214.2 rub around 105 usd for no reason so people should check their conversion rate which is much higher the Belarusian National bank rate !!!

Прекрасный день в Минске!

Отличный отель! Удобное расположение, безлимитный доступ в аквапарк на все время пребывания. Бесплатная стоянка для автомобиля, рядом остановка автобуса идущего в центр города. Чито, комфортно, вкусный завтрак. Из минусов: нет шампуня и кондиционера и на сайте нет информации об этом. В ванной есть полотенце сушитесь, но непонятно как его отключить. В общем отель на три заезды и не меньше! Рекомендую!

Отдых в "бунгало" Аква-Минск.две семьи(4взр.3 дет)

Общее впечатление отличное!Аквапарк супер!Очень удобно,что для постояльцев гостиницы он бесплатный и безлимитный!Небольшие минусы выскочили в мелочах в виде сломанных дверных ручек,не работающей розетки(пришлось плиту через удлинитель подключать),с уборкой тоже было тяжко,так как горничные сначала убирали номера гостиницы,а затем отдельные бунгала(таунхаус) где мы жили.Администраторы тоже не всегда выполняли просьбы передать уборщицам,что нам необходима уборка.Мы были с 3-мя детьми и днём они спали.Как раз в это время приходили уборщицы и соответственно уборку переносили...На ресепшене девочки старались,но видимо нехватка опыта и большой наплыв туристов (проходили Европейские игры) сводил их работу на еле заметную троечку...Но если не брать все эти маленькие минусы-отпуск прошел замечательно!Отель советуем!Уверен,что все недочёты будут устранены!

Все отлично.

Очень хороший отель, все понравилось. Территория ухоженная, чистота. В номере телевизор, холодильник, фен. Нет косметических принадлежностей, только гель-мыло. До ближайшего метро 10 минут на маршрутке, магазины, ТЦ, обменные пункты - только если доехать ( автобус, маршрутка). Рядом ничего нет. Аквапарк входит в стоимость проживания, посещение безлимитные. В целом очень понравилось.

Very hot outside 32c and you cannot turn off the heating in the bathroom!! Booked twin bed room for myself and my son, now these beds are so small I wouldn’t recommend doing this again.. very disappointing to be honest. Would be better to spend more money on a better hotel..

Как-то не очень

До этого раза была в отеле уже 2 раза. Оставались всегда приятные впечатления, но не в этот раз. Рядом заселилась пьяная компания, мало того, что галдели всю ночь, так еще и все утро колотили в мою дверь, явно ошибаясь с расположением номера. Да. поведение людей не предугадаешь. но звукоизоляцию стен, ведущих в коридор можно сделать лучше. Но больше всего удивила уборщица, которая без стука 2 раза входила в номер, а я была не одета. Где элементарные знания этикета?

Отель хороший, чисто, приятно. Мы были в конце октября - в номере очень душно даже с выключенными батареями и открытым окном. Завтраки очень простые. Безусловный плюс - бесплатное посещение аквапарка.
