"Clean new hotel, quiet location with very good staff.
But there are a few issues, the room you see in the picture when you book probably wont look anything like the one you get. We booked their most expensive room and it wasnt spacious like the image, it was very small. We paid for a lagoon view, but almost all have the view and if you avoid paying the extra you will probably get a lagoon view anyway.
Breakfast is OK, main issue is they have just 1 non commercial 2 slice toaster for dozens of people, I never saw anyone actually get brown toast, when I asked why they just shrugged their shoulders.
Another issue was the lift, the hotel had one of 2 lifts broken that access the 3rd floor for the entire time we were there, then they opened a new restaurant on the 3rd floor before fixing the lift.
The communications are a bit odd, they send you an email with the menu for the restaurant and its for a restaurant they have closed and bears no resemblance to the actual menu."
