"The property of Mayfair House Hotel is beautiful with the lush greenery everywhere. The rooms are lacking storage, there is none - other then 5 small draws and 4 hangers. However poorly designed, there is plenty of space for storage, empty walls that could easily be filled in with dressers etc. This was a big problem. You do not expect to be living out of a suitcase at Michelin rated hotel. House keeping was very inconsistent, and needed to be called for towards the end of the day. The bar and restaurant was great, as well as location. "

"Room smell very moldy and wanted to change it. Was told other rooms will take a while to clean and may have the same issue. They sent a staff to spray around to get rid of mold smell. Luckily we only stayed for the night."

"Staff were very good. Room needs attention. Not as clean as other comments. Side tables had not been cleaned, sticky pop etc. Shuttle to hotel from airport and to cruise port convenient and well run!"

"Hotel is lovely and in a great location not far from Downtown and the beach. Our room wasnt queaky clean but we always do cleaning when we arrive. We where upgraded to a King suite overlooking the lagoon with Balcony we had a perfect view😁The pool area was beautiful lots of space for relaxation. Breakfast was ok not great, word of advice those glasses under the counter could use some polishing before serving to guest lots of water stains. Hotel could use some upgrades in the bathroom area especially it was a bit outdated and a full body mirror would be nice. "

"Fantastic stay at the St Michel! Really cool updated historic hotel with an actual elevator operator for the 2 doors! Good location walk and dine at Babette, or eat in their well appointed and delicious hotel restaurant. Only about 15 minutes to MIA. Very charming interior and nice comfortable beds. Highly recommend!"
