"A true Boutique Hotel where you see the same friendly faces day to day and want to spend time there. The location is perfect to walk around to all of the great shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove, but definitely enjoy Bellini and the Creperie in house!"

"Wonderful property... loved the pool although it closes at 7ish so that was a little early and it is only 3.5 feet deep, but the rooftop patio is wonderful. Our room wasn't lit up enough so it was hard to see things with my old eyes. Overall we loved the location, but might try another property next time."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and I thought it was a perfect stay until I went to access the shuttle to the port, the following day. The staff member who booked me, put me down for the wrong day. Since I wasn’t familiar with using Uber (and the staff weren’t helpful in that regard), I ended up paying for a cab - which cost me almost as much as my stay the evening before 😫. My suggestion would be that management develops a policy to correct situations like...

"I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you."

"The hotel lobby and staff and restaurants were wonderful. Where this hotel totally neglects is in the cleanliness. It is an old hotel our rooms furnishings were newer but the room was very dirty and so was the bedding and the bathroom. Our friends next door furniture were old and the chairs were disgusting dirty. "This was the perfect place to stay before we left on a cruise. Free breakfast was decent, staff was fairly friendly, and room was very comfortable. Ride to cruise port was easy to manage as well…they do not provide a shuttle to port but they do pick you up from the airport. I recommend and will be back if we cruise from Miami again. "
