"This hotel was a great experience. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The staff goes above and beyond. They let us check in early and upon entry into the room, we discovered the AC wasn’t working. I spoke to a representative downstairs who sent someone up immediately to take a look. And within minutes they determined it was something that would take time to fix and moved us to another room immediately rather than leave us with no AC. Extremely accommodating toward their hotel...

Bathroom is well cleaned new towels which I like,no hot tub shower is good for me swimming pool but we didn't use we like going to the beach. I recommend this hotel walking distance to almost everything restaurants,gasoline station nearby. We definitely book this hotel again next time."

"I am a regular guest at this hotel. This time I was told that I had to wait since my room was not ready and that the check in time was at 4pm. I arrived at 3pm from a long drive from Tampa. The receptionist simply ignored me the entire time and I had to engage another receptionist to ask for my room which she make a call and make it happen. I also did not receive my free bottle of wine fyi"

"Conveniently located two blocks from miracle mile with easy access to Brickell, Little Havana, Downtown and Coconut Grove clean rooms, breakfast is average or below I wouldn’t pay additional for jt since you have good options a couple blocks. Parking found it expensive since it is not a touristy spot and last the drybar body lotion it is one of the most remarkable things about Aloft! As long as they have it I might stay every once and then!"

"Firstly, the location was perfect. I was down in Miami for plastic surgery and the clinic was next door. Can’t get any closer than that tbh. The check in process was just a tiny bit confusing as I assumed we would check in like at a hotel. But once I realized and understood how it worked, it was super easy.
