They waited a day before I left to cancel due to maintenance issues I asked what was the issue they said the wifi I was like ok so I have one day to find some where to stay and 3-7 business days for a refund I was very unhappy

Very convenient location to entertainment, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Parking is very limited and challenging. We weren't aware there was construction going on at the property with sidewalk repairs during our stay. It was quite noisy at times. The very comfortable beds made up for the daytime noise!

One bed wasn't made. Another had a huge pee stain on the bed spread, and there were no covers for the fold out sleeper.

Great Family Friendly Beach Getaway

This is a great place to go for a family beach getaway. The property is smaller, which makes it easier for families to get around without having to worry about crowds and elevators; but, make sure to ask for a first floor if traveling with little ones. It is right across the street from the beach which is convenient to walk back and forth to the rooms as needed. The service is great too!

Amazing stay in Destin for a family

Excellent stay in a perfect location. It's literally steps accross the road from the beach. It has hotel amenities (housekeeping, pool, concierge) in a condo style living multiple beds (full kitchen in each unit). We stayed in 12B and it was perfect and away from the pool for kids to sleeping without hearing people out there. Would definately stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Well maintained and clean facility. Laundry centrally located in courtyard with 5 washer/dryers. Definitely recommend. Easy access to beach across the street. Beach access does require you to use stairs to get down to the beach.

Quiet cottage with great beach access

If you are wanting easy access to the beach, you can't beat this location. We could walk across the street and be in the sand within a minute. There isn't much else around to do, but the section of beach was clean and we went there everyday. There are also nice sidewalks and boardwalks to walk nearby. If you want access to a lot of restaurants, shopping or entertainment, you have to drive into Destin, but if you want a quiet location near the beach, this location is perfect. The cottages are nicely equipped. We found everything we needed to cook our meals on hand in the kitchen. There is free laundry and they also provided beach towels. The main negative was the cleanliness of our unit. There was a significant amount of what appeared to be mold on the ceiling above the shower and the outside of the toilet was covered in disgusting brown streaks. The carpet needs a good shampoo, as our feet quickly became very dirty walking around barefoot. We were disappointed with the professionalism of one employee who stood by the pool while we were in it with our kids and had an extremely loud, profanity-filled argument on his cellphone for about 10 minutes. Several employees walked by and no one addressed this with him. Hopefully, this was a one-time occurrence, but it made us very uncomfortable. Overall, we would give this location another chance because the main objective of our vacation was to spend time on the beach and this provided great access to a lovely beach.

Very Pleasant

The stay was great. Our air conditioner went out and they had it fixed promptly. Staff was very polite. We had a great stay and will definitely consider it in the future.

Excellent stay and service.

I was very impressed by the cottages themselves - very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The walls are a little thin so if you have loud neighbors you can hear them, but overall, a very wonderful experience and I will book again!

Nice Condo, close to beach

Unit 24B is right in the front with beach views. Its the largest room on the property. Separate bunk room for children. 2 full baths and washer dryer in the unit. Very quiet and peaceful. Will recommend for friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and close to the beach. My boys had a great time and will consider booking again at Beach Street Cottages.
