They don’t give any extra towel , no one have information center only for phone call response but when we need towels we call them but they said they don’t provide extra towels or any other services all own responsibility😏 very bed service I’m never book again 😕

floor sticky , water in kitchen sink all the way up dirty and stinky ask for help with maintenance no body came by to fix it dust all over the bathroom and wall frames no light in the balcony area and bathrooms sink clogged both as well bathroom utilities rusty's. No direct contact information to get help and indoor pool and gym close not able to enjoy what we paid for so sad and terrible experience .

The condo was kind of dirty. Looked like mold around some of the vents, cracking in places. The majestic is not so majestic anymore. Travelocity gave me the wrong address of 1200 scenic hwy which was bldg B and my room was building A so we almost entered the wrong room. I heard people talking and walked out.

This property was filthy and disgusting. Mold on shower curtain, mold on ceiling, one of the showers weren't working, dishwasher was leaking water everywhere. Just a very old property. Will never stay here again.
