"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. The free espresso machine in the lobby was appreciated, but there is also a nespresso machine in the room if you don't want to go down in the morning, and a great cafe/bakery on the corner. The salt room and exercise rooms were nice to have access to, and the laundry was VERY nice to have to help clean our...

"Was hard to find as there is no sign saying what it is or where it’s is.
We met the cleaners there and organized for key as the host did not answer any of our calls or text messages until after the check in time."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer."
