"침대가 편하고 침구가 깨끗했어요. 어메니티 또한 좋은 제품들로 구성되어 있구 치약,칫솔 구비되어 있어요. 개인적으로 아쉬운건 비누가 없어요. 클린징폼을 챙겨 가야 합니다. 화장실 문이 불편한거 빼곤 다 좋았어요. 조식도 가격대비 훌륭합니다."

"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."

"Breakfast was good, hotel is very well located for both subways and busses, loved the location , for the most part I was pleased with this hotel, I just wish they would remodel their showers to get rid of all the black mold. Cleaning could be better in hidden places , carpeting floors in bedrooms does not really help. Otherwise , everything else was good for the money."

"Great alternating breakfast selection daily. Staff was friendly and useful. Room came with all you needed, good water pressure in shower. A/C took a little effort to work but overall good air temperature. "
