"No me apoyaron con mis maletas al llegar, tuve que caminar 200 mt cuesta arriba con ellas, me comentaron que no tenían el servicio, pero al salir me atendió otra persona y me apoyaron en todo sin tener que caminar por la calle con las maletas, todo lo demás es perfecto ! Lo recomiendo mucho ! "

"The hotel is not as pictured. There is no bar or restaurant or rooftop availability. To My understanding there had been a fire in the restaurant area a few weeks before our stay and it was not disclosed at the time of booking (not sure if this is expedias problem) and the hotel agent wasn't too empathetic to my concern. Also the rooftop wasn't open either, she stated it's seasonal (also not mentioned in details of hotel). Small room. The area is close to shops but it's also loud late night...
