"Very Expensive, room was ok, no plug sockets near any mirrors, the hotel was full when we stayed and only one person working at the bar the whole weekend so very long wait for drinks or to order food"

"The property is in a great position but the absolutely stand out feature of this hotel are the staff - every member of staff we interacted with were so polite, friendly and genuine - pretty rare these days in hospitality.
Breakfasts are also very good to the point where other breakfasts now seem inadequate in comparison."

"I can’t wait to stay at Lumiares again. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). The spa was really nice too- had a fantastic deep tissue massage by a male masseuse...
