"Got a room for my boyfriend and i expecting a whirpool tub to fit, you know 2 adults who booked the room. It was a regular sized whirpool tub. Sucked it up for the night, switched rooms the next day to get a room with a bigger whirpool tub for it to be freezing cold. (Paid an extra 100$ to switch rooms) so they moved us again. The whirlpool tub was fine but the jets blew out cold water and on top of that there was a dirty condom next to my bed. So i spent 430$ for two nights to have to try 3 different rooms. They need to fire there cleaner and definitely upgrade there rooms/whirpools. Because in the end it wasnt just my room that had ice cold water. Apparently it was that whole building AND they had that issue the day before and didnt even fix it before they rented it out. The only thing they did for me was give me a free night coupon. I wont be back. Pretty disappointed "
