"We come to Santa Maria often and try new hotels/motels in the area to see which offer the best value. We were pleasantly surprised with the room we received. Clean, neat, and everything worked. Housekeeping came daily, and the location was near so many things. There's even a nice Mexican restaurant right next to the motel. The only complaints we had was the limited parking during our stay and the water pressure for the shower. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the young...

"Checking in was quick and easy. Corrina was very nice, helpful, informative just simply amazing! She’s literally the best! Even my pre teen daughter smiled ! Breakfast was good, I’ve stayed at different Homewood suites and they offer cold brew coffee which I was bummed this location didn’t offer it but no biggie."

"Night manager claimed there was no reservation under my name even though I had prepaid for 2 nights through Expedia 2 months prior. I showed him my Expedia receipt. He only asked for my name, not my ID and credit card I used to pay for reservation. Motel was completely booked with no vacancy for a Saturday night. I had to call Expedia for assistance as I thought my son and I would have no place to stay that night despite having made a prepaid reservation 2 months earlier."

"It was a terrible experience. They are doing renovations so the place doesn’t even look like it’s open. We got our room keys but our room had no A/C. They switched our rooms but said the new room has no TV. Wow. Not to mention low water pressure. They offered us a discount so we took the new room. Another thing is that they had no bar or ice machine. You had to go to the front desk for ice. But another bad thing is that they only have one way to go to your room when you exit the elevator.
