"The front desk attendant, I believe his name was Leo, slim gentleman with glasses. Extremely kind, very helpful and polite! The bar staff was nice as well but did not get their names. Hotel was clean, it smelled clean, it was kept cool very very nice. My room was immaculate. Zero issues with anything, all wall outlets used were working perfectly fine. Cheers to the housekeeping staff for doing an amazing job, they never get enough credit! Overall had an excellent stay here. Breakfast was delicious however I didn’t get a chance to speak to the kitchen staff but im sure they were very nice people since the area remained clean and full with breakfast items. I will absolutely be booking next year for our yearly school events held close by. Please give credit where credit is due, Leo and your housekeeping staff are amazing! Landscaper and or maintenance team as well, the outside areas of the hotel were spotless."

"Have stayed here many times. This time the mini fridge did not work and our salads went bad overnight, had to throw them out. Also, we found the coffee supplies but not the mini coffee-maker. First time had these sort of anomalies at this location. Also the pool is being replaced and was out of service."

"I booked three rooms through Expedia. At check-in, the very rude staff refused to accept the $100 security deposit from me. They insisted that the payment had to come from each individual guest. My 60 year old sister in-law doesn't like using credit cards, and the staff reacted with great arrogance, insisting that she had to make the payment herself. A horrible and regrettable situation. Todo Bad"

"I upgraded to a room with a microwave in refrigerator. It was a clean room very quiet hotel, even though it’s right on the interstate. There’s no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming."
