"This is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, very clean room, great breakfast. The gym is clean and the equipment well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-35 in Merriam. Love this hotel!"

"We got bed bugs and I believe it was from here , husband and Son all got the bites on us. The hotel before that we stayed in, our son was not there. So that narrowed it down to this place or the next hurt we went to. Place looked clean overall. Staff nice. Bathtub would not drain. You had to stand in water to shower."

"Smell cigar or humidity was terrible, Breakfast is really bad when I went was early around 8:30 is not coffee not juice nothing only cereal and milk we purchase breakfast for a good coffee at least. I did not recommended this place"

"A la llegada decían que no tenía reservación siendo que hasta pagada ya estaba , en 19 noches jamás hicieron aseo a la habitación y en repetidas ocasiones solicité se realizara aunque tuviera costo extra y se limitan en decir si ya está programado y jamás llegaba ese día. Tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas y sábanas directamente en recepción en dos ocasiones al ver la negativa del aseo."
