"Hotel overall was nice. It was a stay we had to make last minute for a World Cup football game. We got there the day of match and the hotel was extremely busy.
There were a couple of misses: the hot tub water was murky and the jets didn't seem to work, our room was not ready by check in time and the parking was a mess due to the volume of people.
Other than these items there were many good features to call out: wonderful beds, convenient location for our event, the hotel being attached to the Crown Center was great and the workout facilities are top notch.
It was overall very good and we would stay there again if the opportunity comes up."
