"We paid to include breakfast for our 2 night stay passing through to go on our vacation trip for next morning. We didn't ask and we weren't told what time breakfast started or ended when we checked in for our stay 2 rooms for 2 couples, we didn't have to check out until 12: noon so we ventured down for breakfast at 9 :20 am as we were kust starting getting food the lights were turning off and we hadn't even gotten through the line, when a guy was starting to take away the juice and other items to eat, unplugging things he could totally see we were still getting our food, we ask what's going on he said breakfast is over at 9:30 didn't allow us to get the rest of our food it was so freaking rood. He could of said we're closing and at least let us get our drinks and our pancakes and toast that we had put on to finish. We thought it would have ended around 10am at the latest! He was sweeping around us as we the few items we did get! Very very unprofessional."

"I come home to visit my dad at least 2-3 times a year, and my preference has been this hotel and they haven't let me down yet. The staff is great, and the "free" breakfast helps me to start my day. When/if something goes wrong, the staff/team responds immediately. Keep up the great work!!"
