"Staff was extremely helpful as we had a lot of gear to unload and bring to our room. The luggage cart in the lobby when we arrived had flat wheels - they tracked down the missing luggage cart for us and helped us move some of the items."

"Bed sheets were dirty. When asked for towels from the front desk, we were turned away and asked to ask house keeping in the morning. We asked at 8:00 pm and were leaving before housekeeping would be available at 11:00 AM. We luckily had a spare towel set that we travel with in the car for spills but it shouldn’t have to come to that. Front desk person said we should’ve have asked before we left the hotel that morning, there was no one at the front desk that morning to begin with and we were not...

"We booked this hotel because it hasva rating over nine. When we arrived, we were so disappointed. We arrived late, the person at the desk said nothing to us and was totally quiet and unfriendly. When we entered the room, we were unsure if our beds had been made. The bedspread was pulled up on bed but it was really messy. "Clean room. Convenient location. The air conditioner barely worked, I woke up twice sweating and had it turned down as low as it would go. The remote control was not "configured to the tv" so the volume didn't work among other things. The drain stopper in the bathroom was broken so I had to reach under the sink and push the stopper up to let the sink drain. Not a terrible stay but not amazing for the price."

"Room was nice and clean. My four star rating is because of the room air conditioner. Old rattle trap noisy as can be. Unbearable! Every time it cut on it woke us up. Resulting in less than restful sleep. If this doesn’t bother you it’s a really nice place to stay."

"It did not have elevators or luggage carts, which was a pain. The staff was as helpful as they could be. I am thankful for their efforts."

"HVAC definitely had mold in system. Pool had exposed wires, toilet stopped up. No fridge no microwave. No breakfast but said it had free breakfast. Literally everything in hotel was old out dated and need replacing. Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. Pictures posted are outdated."
