"Stayed at 21c and honestly… this place is cool. If you love art, this is your spot. Everywhere you turn there’s something interesting to look at, and it really sets a vibe you don’t get at a typical hotel. The pool was also a highlight, such a unique and relaxing space to unwind. That said, service was our only real frustration. Our room didn’t get serviced the first day, and we had to call to make sure it would be done the next day. Even then, it didn’t happen until the afternoon. The hotel was at full capacity, and you could tell the staff was exhausted and stretched thin, so it felt more like a staffing issue than a lack of care. Location-wise, it’s great if you’re planning a trip to the City Museum since it’s within walking distance. Just know there aren’t a ton of restaurant options right around the hotel, so you may need to plan ahead or Uber/drive for more variety. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would come back for the atmosphere alone, just hoping service is a bit smoother next time."

"Extremely rude employees at the breakfast was leaving the gravy open for my daughter to get some shecliterally shut it while she was grabbing the laddle Housekeeper doesnt speak english and failed to clean our room and provide extra towels as requested "

"The noise from the hallways and the outside was terrible. Very difficult to sleep and then they screwed up and put our reservation under a different name so it didn’t match our car and caused all kinds of trouble when we tried to leave. "
